This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual
General Meeting (AGM) of the members on Saturday 7th October
2023 at 11.30am at Balwyn Evergreen Centre.
Program on
the day will be as follows:
8.30am to 11.30am: Normal
classes
11.30am: AGM
If you are
unable to attend, you may use the proxy form to appoint another member of TCG
as your proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. A form appointing a proxy must
be given to the Chairperson of the meeting (Lilly Yuen) before or at the start
of the meeting. If you are going to email or post the proxy form, please ensure
it is received by TCG no later than 11am on Friday 6th October
2023.
