Grading Day (there will be no regular Tai Chi classes) From 9.00 - 11.00 AM Exercise Resistance Band Workshop From 11.00 - 12.00 PM
The
Exercise Resistance Band (a popular brand is Theraband) is an elastic band
suitable for doing a range of exercises. The E. R. Band is a useful tool to
train upper body strength to supplement tai chi training which trains lower
body more.
